Whether it’s; Muay Thai, BJJ, weight loss, fitness, strength & conditioning or goal specific, our friendly team offer individual or group sessions designed for results in our cutting edge private studio. They offer technical and fitness sessions as well as nutrition advice.
Martial arts personal training is great if you want to advance your skills at an accelerated rate. This is due to being trained more intensely and monitored constantly.
Sessions last for an hour and start with a warm up (running, skipping, rowing, bike) followed by technique training, which will consist of many different areas depending on the discipline: basic drills, self defence, bag work, pad work or partner work.
